By the way, Luke, you’re noted as being the best historian in the New Testament, providing details and the big picture, reflecting the immediate history of your time, and making it applicable to the history of humankind! But all these Yeshua-sayings I’m referring to—they come from John’s book! How’d you miss it?
Luke:Yeah, yeah. OK, John was just so close to Yeshua—he watched him and listened to him with every cell and pore. He really ‘got’ him, grasped who and what He is, to the deepest degree. Those “I am” statements in John’s book are electrifying! But keep going, you’re on a roll!
